By using PumpSchedule.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What PumpSchedule Is (and Isn't)
PumpSchedule is a reminder service and directory platform. We are not a licensed contractor, septic system inspector, or repair service. We do not perform septic pumping, inspections, or any other septic-related work.
Septic maintenance recommendations on this site are based on EPA guidelines and general industry standards. They are informational only and do not constitute professional advice for your specific system. Always consult a licensed septic professional for advice about your particular system.
Homeowner Terms
As a homeowner using PumpSchedule to set a reminder:
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and septic system
- Reminder dates are estimates based on EPA guidelines and the information you provide - actual service needs may vary
- You are responsible for verifying the credentials and licensing of any pumping company you hire
- PumpSchedule is not responsible for the work performed by any septic professional listed on our platform
Pumper Terms and Referral Fees
As a septic professional listed on PumpSchedule:
- You agree to respond to booking requests within 2 business days
- You are responsible for verifying your own licensing and insurance requirements in your state and county

- Free tier: $25 referral fee per confirmed job. Pro tier: no per-job fee
- Referral fees are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in listing removal
- PumpSchedule reserves the right to verify your business credentials before or after listing
- We may remove listings that receive consistent negative feedback from homeowners
Limitation of Liability
PumpSchedule provides a connection between homeowners and septic professionals. We are not liable for:
- The quality, safety, or outcome of work performed by any listed pumping company
